From competitive matches and racing to party games and casual play, there's something for different types of gamers — and our team will be there throughout to help organise the session and keep everything running smoothly.

Every participant can get properly involved. Our gaming room features 24 individual high-spec PC stations, each equipped with everything needed to get straight into the action.
24 dedicated gaming PCs ready for competitive and casual gaming.
Every station includes a 42-inch monitor, keyboard, gaming mouse and Xbox controller.
Every player gets their own dedicated gaming station and gaming chair.
With up to 24 participants, the whole group can be part of the experience rather than waiting for a turn.
A gaming bus might accommodate 8–10. You can have 24 people gaming simultaneously.
We'll welcome the group, get everyone settled and explain how the session will work.
Players get access to the gaming facilities, with our team helping them get set up and organising games and activities where appropriate.
From playing with friends to friendly competitions and challenges, the experience can be shaped around the birthday child and their group.
A separate room is available for food, birthday cake and some time together away from the gaming room.
The party lasts two hours in total and we'll agree the best running order with you before the day.

You're welcome to arrange and bring your own food, giving you complete flexibility over what you provide.

Parties take place in the dedicated esports facilities at St. David's College in Cardiff.
The venue provides the specialist equipment and space needed to create an esports experience that simply isn't possible in a typical home or party venue.
There is plenty of parking onsite and the map below shows information on where to park and how to get to the meeting point to be taken to your party venue.

How long does the party last?
Each esports birthday party lasts two hours in total, including any time you choose to use for food and birthday cake.

Our parties can accommodate up to 24 participants, with 24 individual PC gaming stations available.
Do we need to bring gaming equipment?
No. The venue provides the PCs, keyboards, mice, Xbox controllers, gaming chairs and console equipment used during the party.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. A separate room is available for food and birthday cake. You're welcome to arrange your own food, or ask us about our arrangement with Tops Pizza.
Will staff be there?
Yes. Fully qualified staff will run and support the party throughout the experience.
What games are available?
The facility offers a range of popular PC, Xbox and Nintendo Switch games. Available titles are listed above and may change from time to time.
Can all 24 participants play at the same time?
Yes. The esports room has 24 individual PC gaming stations, allowing large groups to game together. Console activities can also be incorporated into the experience.
When are parties available?
Parties are available on selected weekends and during school holidays, subject to availability.
Is food included?
Food isn't included in the standard party price. You can bring your own or ask us about our Tops Pizza option.
